Hi! I'm Jules O'Leary. I'm a dynamic creative director and entrepreneur based out of Syracuse, NY and the woman behind PASTEL. I specialize in bridal and fashion editorial makeup, wardrobe, set and event styling, and campaign consulting. I started this brand in 2015 and have been graciously accepted by Vogue Italia, Dark Beauty Magazine, Ruffled Blog and have become a frequent flyer in Syracuse Woman Magazine.
When not nestled in my home with the love of my life and our tabby girl, you can find me in the Finger Lakes, The Adirondacks, and the coast of Lake Ontario hiking beautiful landscapes, listening to live music and enjoying great meals.
